According to FONENERIK, investors were left high and dry when the digital trading platform CBEX went down, rendering them unable to access their funds even after logging out.

Taye Currency cursed at his associates who had introduced him to CBEX in a social media video that went viral.
"If I don't speak out, I might develop high blood pressure," he warned in Yoruba. No longer can I keep quiet about it.
My band manager, Lateef, recently received payment from CBEX, and Sodiq came to my house on April 1 to tell me about it.
Alaba invested the N1.2 million he pilfered from the stage, which Sodiq also introduced him to.
Along with Sodiq's N850,000 investment, brother Muca put in N500,000, lateef N1.4 million, and brother Muca N500,000. Bringing forth a quartet.
My funds were handled by them. My N10 million investment in CBEX went down the drain on that exact day. Those of you who bring it up will not be pleased.
As far as anyone knows, the musician is the first Nigerian celebrity to confess to investing in CBEX, according to FONENERIK.
