Members of the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB) Golf Club's Interim Management Board have been appointed with the approval of Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Lere Olayinka, Wike's Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media, revealed the governor's approval in a brief statement written on Saturday.
Dr. Peter Deshi will head the interim management board of the IBB Golf Club, with Barrister Yomi Oyelola serving as secretary.
Otunba Gbengba Elegbeleye, the Honorable Nanwor Mamven, Mrs. Ekanem Ekwueme, the Honorable Arabi Bello, Lawan Aboki, Okey Nnaedozie, Fred Otobo, and Julius Fadairo are the other members of the Interim Management Board.
With this appointment, the members of the Interim Management Board of IBB Golf Club are officially required to start working immediately.
A statement from the FCT Minister congratulated the appointees and urged them to work diligently for the repositioning of the IBB Golf Club.
