Critical infrastructure would be continuing to be protected, according to Kaduna: NSCDC

Protecting lives, property, and Critical National Assets and Infrastructure across the state is the Corps' responsibility, according to Commandant Nuhu Dansadau of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kaduna State Command.

SC The commandant made the statement during a courtesy visit to the NSCDC Kaduna State Headquarters by members of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), headed by M.A. Ibrahim, the state coordinator of the agency, according to a statement by Musa Labaran, the command's public relations officer.

The Commandant expressed gratitude for the FCCPC management team's visit to the NSCDC Kaduna State Command and promised the group a speedy reaction should the need arise.

"Whenever you require our assistance, simply dial our number or discover the most convenient means of contacting us, and we shall be present to help you," the Commandant stated.

The State Coordinator of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), Mallam M.A. Ibrahim, had earlier stated that the purpose of their visit was to get to know the local area and to ask for help in the future.

He also wanted to thank the leadership of the NSCDC Kaduna State Command for their prompt actions in safeguarding the state's Critical National Assets and Infrastructure as well as persons and property.

He claims that in order to respond quickly when an emergency occurs, it is essential to solidify the mutually beneficial connection that has already been established.

"Your personnel should be with us whenever we conduct our operations to ensure their success," he stated.
