According to Carrusel Deportivo, LaLiga has denied Real Madrid's plea to delay their opening match of the 2025/26 season against Osasuna.
The first LaLiga match of the next 2025–26 season was formally asked to be postponed by Madrid.
On October 29, the match will be set by the RFEF, Osasuna, and Los Blancos.
You may recall that the LaLiga has published the schedule for the next 2025–26 season.
At the Santiago Bernabéu, Xabi Alonso's squad will face off against Osasuna in the first LaLiga encounter of the season.
On Tuesday, August 19, 2025, the La Liga is scheduled to be played.
The next LaLiga season will begin on August 15 and end on May 24, 2026.
